FCC Behavioral Health is a private, non-profit, certified community behavioral health organization. Our team works closely with individuals to provide a wide range of services promoting recovery and wellness. We work with individuals of all race, creed, gender, disability, and sexual orientation and serve 19 counties in Southeast Missouri. In southwest Missouri, the Comprehensive Substance Treatment and Rehabilitation Services (CSTAR-Model) at Burrell provides individualized care to meet the needs of each client. Our team addresses substance use and co-occuring disorders as needed. Each client is assessed on an individual basis and assigned to the level of support right for them. Level I clients may require residential support if the home environment is not conducive to recovery. CSTAR Services are offered to both youth and adults starting at age 12. In Central Missouri we offer medicine first outpatient opioid treatment.
