Bridgeway Behavioral Health, a division of Preferred Family Healthcare (PFH), provides detox, residential and outpatient services. Their treatment programs and services include group therapy, family therapy, relapse prevention, peer support groups and more.
CRUSH is a local coalition made up of community partners that work in susbstance use prevention, mental health, or a social service. CRUSH’S mission is to inspire a culture where the community emphasizes the importance of health and wellbeing by providing knowledge and empowerment to prevent and reduce harm caused by substance use in the community.

Southeast Behavioral Hospital offers a full continuum of inpatient and outpatient services to the people of Southeast Missouri. Our 102-bed facility offers a wide range of mental, emotional and behavioral health services for teens, adults and seniors experiencing mental health issues. Our facility is initially offering inpatient behavioral health services for adults and will continue to open units and add further services in a phased approach.
Accepts almost all major health insurances.

Addiction is Real is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization based in St. Louis, Missouri whose mission is to provide parents the tools to take a proactive approach in discussing the dangers of substance use with their child, as well as recognize signs of risky behavior.
Find the Light Foundation promotes the mental health and wellbeing of youth and young adults by providing accessible resources, support, and education. Click here to access their resource portal.
Emergency Mental Health Support App
A free resource provided by The Community and children’s resource board of St. Charles County (CCRB). MINDREACH is a mobile phone app that combines self-assessments, access to mental health hotlines, definitions, parent support, and some fun into a single location.

Founded in 1978, Lafayette House began as a short-term option for women who needed a safe place to stay overnight to escape domestic violence.Today, Lafayette House is a sanctuary for individuals and families who are victims of domestic violence or sexual assault or who struggle with substance use disorders.
