In partnership with individuals, families, and our community, CMHS, Inc. provides the highest quality behavioral health services with a whole person approach to treatment delivery that creates a safe environment of respect and acceptance. (Merged with Burrell Behavioral Health, but still operating under their name)
In southwest Missouri, the Comprehensive Substance Treatment and Rehabilitation Services (CSTAR-Model) at Burrell provides individualized care to meet the needs of each client. Our team addresses substance use and co-occuring disorders as needed. Each client is assessed on an individual basis and assigned to the level of support right for them. Level I clients may require residential support if the home environment is not conducive to recovery. CSTAR Services are offered to both youth and adults starting at age 12. In Central Missouri we offer medicine first outpatient opioid treatment.

We provide comprehensive, holistic, evidence-based substance use treatment through individual and group counseling and education, paying close attention to individual strengths, needs, abilities, and preferences.
The Gibson Center for Behavioral Change is dedicated to providing substance use treatment services. We offer a multidisciplinary approach to treating persons with co-occurring disorders and provide services to all people regardless of race, national origin, age, religion, gender, gender expression or disability. For 40 years Heartland Center for Behavioral Change has helped people rebuild their life through reentry services and substance use disorder treatment services. HCBC programs employ trained professionals, including program managers, counselors, case managers, community and peer support specialists to enhance the efforts of the criminal justice and behavioral health systems in protecting communities and rebuilding lives.
Gateway is a national provider that is licensed and accredited by the State of Illinois and JCAHO. We have 16 convenient drug and alcohol treatment centers in Illinois to serve our patients in the places and communities they call home. We put our patients at the center of their substance abuse treatment — life-saving treatment that stays with them throughout their lives. Through individualized treatment, we’re able to help them discover what will work best for them in their journey to overcome drug and alcohol addiction.
The mission of Haymarket Center is to aid people with substance use disorders in their recovery by providing comprehensive behavioral health solutions.
We are a community-based, not-for-profit corporation offering services to address substance use disorders and other therapeutic needs. We began helping east central Illinois and other state residents as the Central East Alcoholism & Drug Council originally incorporated in 1972. We opened our first facility in 1973 and now operate 10 sites.

WRS is a residential program for women with substance use disorders. At WRS, women with multiple and complex needs are empowered to develop a lifestyle of recovery.
Queen of Peace Center has focused exclusively on women, children, and families by providing family-centered behavioral healthcare. Our unique model addresses the full continuum of needs for those impacted by substance use disorders, co-occurring disorders, and trauma. Our programs provide treatment, prevention and education, and housing – including ensuring food, medicine, and basic needs are met throughout recovery journeys.
